Member Information Center
All the following new website features are accessible by logging in to the Member Information Center of the Chamber website. You will need a user name and password to access this section of the site. Click HERE to enter the email address that the Chamber has on file to create your login information. Each representative from your company can have their own, unique login information. If you are having trouble creating your login to the Member Information Center, please email Heather Fisher at firstname.lastname@example.org From the Member Information Center, you will be able to:
- View and edit your company information which automatically updates the public member listing on your public website
- Upload graphics to enhance your member listing
- Submit events for the Community Calendar
- View statistical reports
- Pay bills
- Post status updates, videos, links, photos in the Dashboard social feed
- Use advanced search filters to find other members
- “Favorite” a member or rep for easier access later
- Download vCard information in order to auto-populate your contact list in Outlook, Google Contacts or other programs
- Add others to your employee/rep list and invite them to create a login account (requires R/W permissions to Employees/Reps
- Update your payment profile (if using automatic recurring ACH or credit card billing)
- Open to specific MIC page when logging in
Your membership in the Chamber includes a listing in the popular Online Directory of all Chamber member businesses. Members may have your name, address, and phone number displayed in the online directory search results and may choose to have your business name hyperlinked to your Member Information page. In the Basic Online Directory listing, members can display a 200 character business description, hours of operation, driving directions, and 240 characters for keywords.
Members who choose to purchase the Enhanced Online Directory Package are entitled to extra features to help your listing stand out from the crowd. Contact Chris Marchak at email@example.com to upgrade to the Enhanced Online Directory Package.
Post an article to Member News
A valuable benefit of Chamber membership entitles you to post news stories, press releases and general company announcements in the Member News section of the Chamber website. There is a scrolling news feed right on the Chamber home page which will link to your article. You can post Member News by visiting the ‘Member Information Center’ of the Chamber website and clicking on 'News Releases' on the left hand side bar.
Post an event to the Community Calendar
Chamber membership entitles you to post your organization’s events on the Chamber’s Community Calendar! You can add the date, time, location, event description, a link to event registration, contact information and more. This is an excellent way to gain exposure for your event and build up your attendee list. To submit an event to the Community Calendar, click HERE.
Post a Hot Deal
The Chamber website features a new Hot Deals page where you can post specials or discounts that your business is offering. This is a great way to drive traffic to your business and posting is an exclusive no cost members-only benefit. You can post a Hot Deal by logging in to the ‘Member Information Center’ of the Chamber website and clicking Hot Deals from the left hand side bar.
Job Postings are job openings that Chamber members can advertise to other members and to the general public. Members may submit a job posting when logged in to the Member Information Center (MIC) and then clicking 'Job Postings' from the left hand side bar. Job Postings on the Chamber website are free for members and a great way to find the employee you are searching for.
