Members in Action - Corteva Agriscience

Chamber Member organizations across the state are answering the call to support the coronavirus (COVID-19) response effort.

The Food Bank of Delaware announced in late March a significant matching donation from Corteva Agriscience to assist with feeding food insecure Delawareans during the coronavirus pandemic, which has created more populations in need of additional support during this unprecedented situation.

The Corteva Challenge Match was established to encourage additional corporate and individual support during this challenging time. The match has already exceeded its amount and generated donations made through this FBDE campaign.

A Corteva Employee Driven Virtual Food Drive was established to support employee interest to donate to the Food Bank of Delaware. Corteva employees have been active and generous.

Corteva Agriscience offered a donation of surplus PPE to Christiana Care Health System and the Rockford Center of Delaware. The company is donating masks, rubber gloves and Tyvek suits and materials that can be used by professionals who are working to treat and prevent COVID-19 spread and support patients in their facilities.
