Earl Jeter Bio:
Earl has over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation and financial services. He served two City of Wilmington Mayors as the City Auditor conducting internal audit and fraud investigation. Earl served as a Chief Financial Officer of a nonprofit organization and helped turn the organization from a deficit to a surplus. He served as financial manager of a major uniform cleaning company in Delaware. He worked for the Internal Revenue Service and has over 10 years of experience working for various accounting firms in Delaware/Pennsylvania region. Earl is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and I his MBA in finance at Wilmington University. Earl is a Member of the AICPA, Delaware Society of CPA, Institute of Management Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Rich Kenney Bio:
Rich Kenney is a successful entrepreneur and is the Vice President and co-founder of TechSolutions, Inc. He left his role as a Network Administrator at a prestigious Wilmington law firm to start his business while his wife was pregnant with their first child ... 20 years ago. TechSolutions is a Wilmington-based Information Technology provider that manages thousands of computers for over 150 successful entrepreneurial firms and small business icons in the region. Every managed computer is current on antivirus and security updates; all data is protected both onsite and in the cloud; and every user is supported. Additionally, none of those managed clients have fallen victim to ransomware pirates. He has helped hundreds of businesses proactively think through their IT needs to increase efficiency and automation, be able to successfully predict IT expenditures, and rapidly scale their businesses.
Rich shares responsibility for the overall operation and direction of TechSolutions and focuses specifically on sales. He proudly obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from his alma mater, North Carolina State University. He started in the IT field in 1993 as a certified technical instructor for technologies such as Novell, Microsoft, and CompTIA. His credentials include engineer certifications from Microsoft and Novell; technical certifications from VMware, Dell, and CompTIA; and sales certifications from Dell, VMware, Microsoft and Citrix. Rich is a passionate sports fan who supports NC State athletics as well as the Phillies, the Flyers, and the Washington Redskins. He enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with his family while actively participating as a Boy Scout leader and a marching band pit crew dad.
Brooke Miles Bio:
Brooke Miles founded Delaware ShoutOut, a social media management and consultation firm, to help organizations use the power of social media to build their brand in Delaware. She especially loves teaching clients how to pack more punch into their social media without breaking a sweat. Brooke is an award-winning public speaker and is highly active with the local business community.
