Description

            Registration is now closed for this event. 
    Join us for a discussion with Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester. Congresswoman Rochester was elected to Congress in 2016 following a distinguished career in public service, starting as an intern in Congressman Tom Carper's ioffice in 1989; she later served in two positions in his cabinet when he became governor, Secretary of Labor and State Personnel Director.  She also served for a time as the CEO of the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League.  
 

    In the House of Representatives Congresswoman Blunt Rochester serves on the House Agriculture Committee and the House Committee on Education and Workforce Training.  She is also a member of the Progressive Caucus and the Congressional Black Caucus.
