Bob Sbraccia Bio: Bob is the Principal Agent for Sbraccia Insurance and Financial Services, a multi-line Allstate Insurance Agency located in Trolley Square (Wilmington, DE) serving families and businesses in PA, DE, and MD. He has earned Top Sales honors in 3 different companies and is a best-selling author, along with celebrity business author Tom Hopkins, for ‘In it to Win’, his first published book. Bob is a recognized expert and thought leader in Customer Acquisition and Retention and actively applies his skills and principals in his roles as a Risk Manager and a Business Owner. Jean Taylor Bio: Jean Taylor is the co-owner of The Bug Guy, LLC, a pest control company in Delaware. In addition, she is a Wildlife Rehabilitator, a Consultant/Mentor for Dittmar Family Farms, a Foster Volunteer for Doggone Happy Animal Rescue, and a volunteer for the Delaware Medical Reserve Corp. In her previous careers, she is a previous owner of Focus, a Photography company, as well as, an Event Planner for various events. She is a certified nurse and graduate of Delaware Technical Community College and Wilmington University.
Lee Thompson Bio: Lee Thompson is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Advantech Incorporated, an asset management company. He has been with Advantech for over 13 years working through the sales ranks from sales rep, Director of Sales, General Manager, and New Business Development until he landed on his current role. Prior to working for Advantech, Lee also worked as a sales rep for Cavalier Communications, a telephone company. He is currently pursuing a Masters from Wilmington University. He is currently a member of the Advisory Council for ABC Delaware and a current member of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.
