Second Chance Employment Information Session
Join us for an employer focused information sessions by the Second Chance Employment Collaborative to learn how your business can benefit from modifying your hiring process to be more inclusive to ready to work, highly skilled justice-involved individuals / returning citizens.
In the session, you will learn:
- About the challenges justice-involved residents face finding quality employment that fits their skillset and commitment to building a better quality of life; and
- Learn how your business can work with organizations focused on improving the hiring processes for justice-involved individuals
