Join our Slim Sculpt Group Training Class Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:45 - 6:45pm Slim Sculpt is a total body conditioning class that incorporates strength training, low-impact cardio movements, and stretching to help you improve your balance, flexibility, core strength and muscle tone. In each energizing workout, you'll use light hand weights to perform movements to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Please bring a pair of 2-3 lbs. hand weights.
