Business growth begins with a robust sales process and a dynamic marketing plan. Using the Sales Chain Framework from the Growth Wheel® program, this session covers four key phases of a sale (prepare, open, close, maintain) and the subsequent tasks that entrepreneurs need to master for an effective sales process as well as the concept of the “sales funnel” and how a sales funnel can build into a company’s greater strategic vision.
The session will also use how to effectively use marketing techniques and materials to enhance sales activities and add value.
