Job Description
FULL TIME POSITION - SCHEDULER

OBJECTIVE

The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients.  The Service coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGIVERS in order to provie the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reflect the values of RMB Group, LLC (d.b.a an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise)
Answer incoming alls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
Create and maintain client and CAREGIVER schedules.
Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system.
Field new client and caregiver inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter the information in the software system and work with the team to communicate updates and changes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
High School graduate or equivalent
One year of hands on scheduling experience
Possess a valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to work a rotating ON-CALL on weekends and evenings
Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
