30th Anniversary Combined with Move to New Office Suite

Newark, Del., November 7, 2017, the board of directors of Landmark Science & Engineering is
excited to announce that the company has moved its offices from the New Castle Corporate Commons to
200 Continental Drive, Christiana Executive Campus as they are celebrating 30 successful years in
business as a leading regional consulting firm specializing in site/civil engineering, environmental sciences
and land surveying.

Landmark Engineering, Inc. was started in 1987 as a leading Delaware site/civil engineering specialist
firm. “We are excited to celebrate our 30th anniversary and look forward to many more years of success
serving our clients and the community” said Ted Williams, company president who started with the firm
in 1988.

We have maintained offices in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and downstate Delaware, and currently have a
branch office in Havre de Grace, Harford County, to serve a growing Maryland market. Since 2009, to
better serve clients’ land development needs to protect the environment with green technologies and
innovative sustainable site design, Landmark diversified by integrating the environmental sciences with
civil engineering. We have recently added landscape architecture staff in our Maryland office.
Today, our highly skilled staff also includes environmental engineers and scientists specializing in
wetlands, forest, habitat, wildlife/bog turtles, GIS mapping, site remediation and brownfields
redevelopment, and landscape architect, in addition to the site/civil and water resources engineers,
designers and land surveyors, technicians and field crews upon which Landmark’s reputation for integrity
and high quality work have been built.

In addition to registered professional engineers, surveyors and landscape architect, staff members hold
certifications as Qualified Recognized Bog Turtle Surveyor (DE/MD/PA), Qualified Forest Professional,
Certified Professionals in Storm Water Quality, and USGBC LEED Accredited Professionals to provide highquality professional assistance. The firm is Delaware HSCA certified and all field staff are HAZWOPER
certified to safely work at hazardous sites.
