Mark Brindle
Vice President, Chase

Mark Brindle is an experienced banker for Chase Commercial Banking. As a commercial banker, Mark works closely with other JPMorgan Chase Lines of Business to help small, mid-size and large companies, and their related business principals, manage their finances and accomplish their goals.

Mark joined Chase in 2018, bringing over 39 years of experience in banking. Most recently, he served as Senior Relationship Manager in the Business and Professional Banking group at M&T Bank. Mark started his career at the Bank of Delaware, which was later acquired by PNC Bank, where he held leadership roles in Branch Banking, Direct & Indirect Consumer Lending, and Commercial Dealer Finance.  Previously, Mark joined Citizens Bank as a Commercial Real Estate VP prior to becoming a VP Relationship Manager in the Business and Commercial Enterprise Banking Group.

A lifelong Delawarean, Mark received his B.A. in Communications at the University of Delaware and his M.B.A. from Wilmington College. Mark currently serves as a Board Member for the Delaware Community Development Corporation and has served in various roles with numerous other community-based organizations.focusing primarily on economic development, youth and education.

Mark resides in Newark, DE, with his wife Sonja and they have three adult children.

Phillip Ferraro
Managing Director, J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management (AWM)

Phillip Ferraro is a Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management (AWM). Phil is the Head of Cybersecurity Awareness Program. He is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Strategic Cybersecurity Program Management, Global Visioning/Positioning, Business Development and Financial Management with a wealth of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity and risk management programs.

Prior to J.P Morgan, Phil most recently worked for NetApp, where he was the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). His responsibilities included leading the firm’s worldwide information protection and enterprise cybersecurity program, providing end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of secure global computing architecture infrastructure, with focus on cybersecurity, protection and data egress prevention.

Phil has an extensive cyber background, having worked as a CISO in both the government and private sector, including the US Department of Defense, intelligence community, as well as numerous Fortune 500 firms, where he developed and implemented strategic, comprehensive global enterprise cybersecurity and risk management programs. Phil is also an accomplished author and sought after international keynote speaker on cybersecurity. He has presented on Capitol Hill on advanced threats to both Senate and Congressional Committees.

Phil holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from City University of Seattle and a BS in Business Administration from Pacific Western University. He holds numerous Information Technology industry certifications including CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA, CCSE and MCSE.
