Within the last two years, QTrak has become recognized as the premiere package tracking app for its lightweight, user-friendly interface that allows any industry to take control of their internal package management. In 2017, we gained valuable market exposure in university mailrooms, professional sports stadiums and venues, the corporate sector, and centers for healthcare. This year, we entered the multifamily market with an affordable approach to package management solutions that have become increasingly important to property managers. We found that customers who manage building construction need a more customized approach, so we expanded our line to reflect those needs. First, we added to our extended product line of app-enabled Smart Lockers to include alternative options for individually controlled systems. We then increased the exposure of our kiosk locker systems – a popular choice for luxury property managers - to include affordable modular options that any property can incorporate into their public spaces. Our recent product diversification has already allowed us to take on more aggressive projects this year.
QTrak has gone international but we built upon our knowledge of Delaware County and its needs early on: local customers including Neumann University and Delaware County Community College have given consistently positive reviews of the app since our debut in 2014. Their experiences have shown that building efficient management systems with QTrak saves time and money and improves accountability throughout organizations. We can’t wait to see how we grow in 2018!
