Meet Beth Fisher, your Benefits Manager

In today’s fast paced high-tech world, it seems none stays in one place for too long. Large corporate mergers and challenging economic conditions have caused people to change jobs, not once, but multiple times. So it is rare to find someone who has been with the same company for a long time.

Such is the case with Beth Fisher, the Chamber’s Benefits Manager, who has worked at the Chamber for 32 years. Beth started with the Chamber in 1985, as a Receptionist. Since that time, she received several promotions and is currently responsible for the Chamber’s Benefits Connection program, which provides health insurance solutions and more to small businesses.

While the task of handling insurance can be daunting, Fisher’s expertise helps her to smooth out any bumps a member might experience. “Beth is very professional,” explains Brad Allen of the Allen Insurance Group, “She is an intensive problem solver, and she has an excellent relationship with the members, as well as with the insurance carriers.”

Benefits Connection subscribers gain a dedicated support person for the insured to contact for anything benefits related.  Her work ethic is evidenced by her happy customers!  Many Benefits Connection subscribers have been with the program for several years. In addition to group health insurance, the Benefits Connection program offers Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Group Vision, Group Dental Insurance and more.

In her spare time, as a busy single Mom, you will find Beth at various sporting events for her two children.

Be sure to contact Beth with any of your insurance questions at fisherb@ncccc.com or (302) 294-2059. For more information on the Chamber's Benefits Connection Insurance Program, contact Beth or click here
