Adjacent to the St. Georges Technical High School and convenient to the historic towns of Dover\, New Castle and Odessa\, the town site is situated within the Appoquinimink School District\, one of the highest rated school districts in the region. Employment centers are planned within and adjacent to Whitehall and the town is a short commute from the University of Delaware and Christiana Care's hospital campus.
