The mission is to promote job growth and capital investment to small businesses located in these economically distressed communities.\n\nThe 8(a) Business Development Program helps small\, disadvantaged businesses compete in the marketplace. The Program offers contractual assistance\, financial assistance and management and technical assistance to firms that are owned and controlled at least 51% by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.\n\nIf you are interested in learning the eligibility requirements for participating in these programs\, please see information below on how to register below.
