She also helps support and grow KBS' Delaware small business and client base by building relationships and seeking to understand and provide solutions for the unique challenges these employers face.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining KBS in 2021\, Jessica served in various health and hospitality roles supporting her Delaware community including YMCA fitness coach and BrewHaHa store manager. She has also held positions in corporate consulting\, team building and talent management.\n\n\n\nJessica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Communications and Psychology from James Madison University and a master's degree in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware.
