Vicki Lam, CAS is the President / Founder of Promo Victory, a multi award-winning promotional products company. She has single-handedly grew her company from zero clients to almost 600 clients nationwide. Vicki has 27 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Goldey-Beacom College and is a Certified Advertising Specialist; only 5% in the promotional industry hold this highly recognized credential.

For over a decade, she volunteers her time to the business community by teaching free marketing workshops at many non-profits to help businesses sustain and grow. In 2023, Vicki won the 'Trusted Advisor' Award for her positive impact and mentorship to business owners. Vicki received the 2025 WBE Star Award from WBENC for embodying the spirit of “ACCELERATE” – having pushed progress, growth, and advancement for themselves, their businesses, and their communities.
