The Town of Whitehall is located just south of Wilmington, Delaware, a short drive down Delaware Route 1 to Exit 148 and just over a mile west on Lorewood Grove Road. Adjacent to the St. Georges Technical High School and convenient to the historic towns of Dover, New Castle and Odessa, the town site is situated within the Appoquinimink School District, one of the highest rated school districts in the region. Employment centers are planned within and adjacent to Whitehall and the town is a short commute from the University of Delaware and Christiana Care’s hospital campus. We're also just a short drive from Wilmington employment hubs and commuter routes like the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
