The renowned and historic Caesar Rodney Half Marathon & 5K stands as the oldest half marathon in the country. The CR attracts thousands of runners from around the country and features a challenging and scenic course through Wilmington. This year, you can help us reach our goal of raising $90,000 to support research and lung health programs right here in the Mid Atlantic.
