Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility training is an important process for businesses small and large. We're excited to host this in person event "The "WIIFM" of Cultural Inclusion in the Workspace at the Emerging Enterprise Center on Nov 29, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
Breyla May, clients here at the incubator will be presenting and attendees can expect to come away with:
- A clear understanding of what diversity is and what it isn't.
- Greater awareness and sensitivity to Cultural issues that go well beyond the assumed categories.
- Recommendations for behavioral tools for fostering a more cohesive workplace.
