Description
There is a famous saying, “Begin with the end in mind”. There’s also another good saying that fits right in with this, “All businesses are created to Exit”, and whether it is liquidated, left to your heirs, sold, acquired, merged or gone public, how you run your business can greatly influence the effect it has on you when then time comes!
This presentation will help you understand the similarities and differences between running your business for Fun, for Profit, or to get Rich! Having clear expectations is the start in figuring out what you need to do to achieve your goals!
We’ll define what is a Hobby business, a Jobby business, or a business that creates wealth! Spoiler Alert! There isn’t a “right” answer! And, you can start off as one type, and shift as your goals and expectations change! The great news is that YOU get to decide, what’s right for you.
You’ll come away with the tools to help you decide,
- What type of business you are, or are intending to run
- How to run it effectively
- What you might want to do, if you want to shift to another type of business
- What to expect from each type of business, when the time comes to exit.
