Description
A growing company needs to hire new employees on an ongoing basis, but before doing so, you need to understand your company’s current employees and the most important work areas. And before you do hire, you need a clear understanding of all the elements of the prospective employee’s job as well as growth projectory for that employee.
In this session, you will learn how to build an organization structure matrix that charts both existing and possible future positions and areas of responsibility, as well as the first steps in developing a job description.
