Highmark Delaware Social Determinants of Health Grant Announcement

Highmark Delaware and its grant fund BluePrints for the Community made a $1 million commitment to addressing social determinants of health. Please join us as we announce the recipients of this grant and commend the work being done by our nonprofit partners in improving the health of Delawareans throughout the state.
