Description

Often times we have to play the hand we’re dealt, no matter how bad it is. The COVID-19 situation is what it is. Our best strategy, at this point, is to understand the situation, create a plan, and move forward with a mindset that allows us to be Fast-Focused-Flexible!

In this interactive webinar, pricing expert and business mentor, Frank DeSantis, will help your small business prioritize how they should be pricing and positioning their products and/or services in this current crisis, with an eye towards building and strengthening relationships with customers.

Topics addressed will include:

  • Protecting your assets, financial, brand, organizational and personal
  • Impact of short-term and long-term decisions on your Brand.
  • Pricing guidance for how to navigate this moment and potentially improve profitability for your business.
  • Pricing strategies to sell current inventory
  • How to position your business to take advantage of the change in consumer needs.
Participants will also have the opportunity to have your questions answered and discuss immediate concerns.
