The first part of the class will be devoted to auditor training. This includes techniques and traits to be used by successful internal auditors to complete the required internal audits within a company. The four phases of an internal audit will be reviewed and discussed, with workshop and case study practice sessions. The next part of the class will provide instruction on how to complete the internal audit schedule and results forms, and successful completion of other necessary forms.
The remainder of the day will be to provide attendees with exercises to complete actual internal audits. The focus will be on new ISO 9001:2015 requirements and concepts such as auditing undocumented processes. Participants will complete work through exercises that are e real-world examples giving attendees the opportunity to use the techniques and instruction provided in an actual audit exercise. Emphasis will be placed on successful internal audits, including looking for conformance and building an improvement culture in the organization.
Who Should Attend: QA Managers and Internal Auditors are especially encouraged to attend this class.
