The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and regional partners are organizing a conference to inform private-sector employers about apprenticeship as a talent recruitment and development strategy<https://t.e2ma.net/click/im6yx/ml0sdp/yere7f>.

The conference includes a national perspective on best practices and innovations in apprenticeship and opportunities for employer involvement in apprenticeship programs underway in the Delaware Valley region.

Lessons learned from apprenticeship programs in health care, information technology, and manufacturing will be highlighted in workshops. A workshop on how to get new apprenticeships approved will include information on apprenticeship programs that have been started by a major financial institution and three insurance companies.
