Morgan McDowell is the Learning and Development Assistant Team Lead for the Talent & Culture team at Placers Staffing in Newark, DE. She has earned a degree in Education, a field in which she was an educator, mentor, and director across MD. She entered the Human Resource field 4 years ago first as a Recruitment Coordinator, then as an Onboarding Team Leader, and finally has found her strength truly lies in instructional design, training program creation, and facilitation. Her passion is empowering others via professional development and continuous education ensuring continued growth and success for those who wish to advance their skillsets and, ultimately, their careers.
