DANA is starting 2026 with a new program designed specifically for those who are new to their executive director roles. The 2026 New Executive Director Series is a six-session leadership experience that will equip nonprofit leaders with practical tools, peer support, and strategic insight to lead with confidence, strengthen board partnerships, and build organizational capacity – while connecting with a trusted community of leaders across Delaware’s nonprofit sector. The series will begin with an in-person session on Thursday, January 29 in Dover and continue with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions.
