Senator Tom Carper has served Delaware since he was 29 years old. He served three terms as Delaware State Treasurer, five terms as Delaware's at-large US Congressman, two terms as Governor, and has been serving us as State Senator since 2001. We are grateful for him to join us for our policy makers lunch.
