Description

Join us for breakfast and conversation with The Honorable Thomas Carper, United States Senator.  Always an engaging speaker, Senator Carper will give us his insider’s view of Washington, and issues impacting business and communities in Delaware.

In addition to his role as a Deputy Whip, Senator Carper serves on the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, the Environment and Public Works Committee and the Finance Committee. Senator Carper is the chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and is the chair of the Environment and Public Works Subcommittee on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety.

During more than 30 years of public service, Senator Carper has worked tirelessly to develop practical solutions to real problems. His ability to work across party lines has earned him a reputation for consensus-building that is unique in today's political climate.
