About the Presenter:
Katherine is a partner at the law firm of Offit Kurman with 25 years’ experience in employment law as a litigator, advisor, and mediator. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Delaware and a Delaware Supreme Court appointed hearing officer, and has litigated cases in the U.S. Supreme Court.
