Second Chance Hiring: Re-Entry Simulation
Join us for an employer focused immersive workshop that will have participants complete an experiential learning simulation intended to create greater understanding of the re-entry process for justice involved individuals. The event will be hosted by the Second Chance Employment Collaborative.
Business decision makers will walkway with a new understanding of the challenges justice individual experience, and will receive expert support to start making changes to internal hiring process.
