Shaping the Future of Delaware Education

Delaware’s 130,000 school-age children will be our future employees, colleagues, and service providers. They may even be our own children. And these children are being educated in our current age of incredible opportunities and massive challenges: spectacular technology and severe complexity, incredible wealth and intense poverty, and amazing knowledge and insight challenging dire gaps in our educational system. What is challenging education in Delaware? Why should we remain confident in our school system? Let’s take one step, together, towards better understanding the hurdles we face in delivering the quality education our workforce, our communities, and our families all need.
