She is a certified coach (ACC level) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds SHRM and HRCI certifications, as well as Hogan, Team Effectiveness, and Coaching Mindset Index tool certifications. In addition to her corporate experiences, she has served as a board member at a non-profit and provides people advisory support to local non-profits.

Mike has volunteered for 6+ years with SCORE Delaware, a non-profit in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, providing free mentorship/business coaching and educational workshops throughout Delaware and the surrounding areas. Mike earned his undergrad in Business at Wesley College in Dover, DE, Summa Cum Laude, and continued there to earn his MBA.
