Join the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter for a virtual program focused on the unique challenges of sandwich generation caregiving, healthy eating for the entire family and being mindful of cognitive changes as we age. A panel session of local caregivers of color will highlight stories of caregiver strength as well as practical strategies for meeting and overcoming dementia caregiver challenges.
