New Castle County’s Latin Food Fest
VENDOR REGISTRATION
Participate in this year's Latin Food Fest as craft vendor on October 7, 2023, from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Glasgow Park.
To reserve your spot:
- Read the below vendor requirements and make sure your business is eligible based on requirement to be a vendor.
- Click Register and select if you will be a Craft or Food Vendor and the amount of space you will be requiring. Cost increases base on space needs.
- Fill out the required waiver.
Craft and Informational Vendor
- Craft and Informational Vendor fee is $75.00 for a 12' x12' space. If you require more than a 12' x12' space, please note there will be an additional $75.00 for every additional 12 feet.
- Vendor must provide their own tables and set up.
- Craft and Informational Vendors are not required to have a business license, however, you must submit the above harmless waiver prior to the event.
- No electronic hookup available.
- Please arrive by 10am for set up.
- Fee is $250.00 for a 12' x12' space. For each additional request for space above 12 feet there will be an additional $200.00 fee.
- All Food Vendors are required to have an active Business License, Food Handlers License, Sellers Permit, Food Facility Health Permit as specified by the Delaware Division of Public Health. Email proof of required licenses and permits to josue.o.ortega@newcastlede.gov
- Please arrive by 10am for set up.
All Alcohol, Smoking and Drug Use is prohibited in the park. Please keep this in mind when creating your menus and products for sale. We also encourage local food vendors to keep their prices within reasonable range of your restaurant menus. Spaces are limited. We are trying to ensure a diverse mix of vendors so it’s best to register early to secure your space.
Any vendors who are not honest about their space requirements will be denied entry or asked to pay additional fees before being allowed entrance and set up. No refunds will be permitted unless the event is cancelled by the event organizer.
