Rose C. Porter has been a holistic wellness advocate for over 11 years. Rose is the proud owner of KAVI Wellness, where their offerings provide holistic wellness for diverse groups of people. As a certified yoga instructor, Rose brings trauma sensitive restorative yoga practice to the community with a goal to bring more peace into our day to day lives through the gift of yoga. As an herbalist, there's an intention to heal from the inside out. As an advocate of wellness, Rose strives to guide us towards better - to be better, feel better, and experience better, through the power of wellness.
