I have a strong background in civil engineering and commercial real estate through many years of work experience providing marketing, business and human resources management. After working in the public sector for eight years for New Castle County Government’s Law Department, I also spent 17 years working in the private sector, including with local consulting engineering firms Karins and Associates and Ramesh C. Batta Associates.
I earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Human Resources at Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware, where I also received my Bachelor degree in Behavioral Science. I am a native Delawarean and proud graduate of Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, Delaware.
An active member of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council, I co-chair the CIRC Membership Committee. As of December 2024, I have been appointed to the Board of Directors for Delaware Real Estate Women, (DREW).
