Chanel Edwards is the founder and CEO of New Level Staffing LLC, a staffing agency established in 2020. Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Chanel pursued her education at Howard Career Center and the University of Delaware. Her professional background includes experience in employment services, and inspections, with a particular passion for staffing that began in 1994 when she worked as a front desk receptionist for Careers USA, which became her true LOVE. Her dication to empowering individuals, particularly second-chance individuals with criminal backgrounds, by providing them with opportunities for employment and self-sufficiency. Her company has made a positive impact on both employees and business partners in areas across New Castle County, Delaware.
