WELCOME TO PRETTY MOODY.
Pretty Moody is fun, real, raw, authentic, but soft loving and inviting as well. It's a safe place where women can bare it all and be true to themselves. Our mission is to provide a safe community, education, and quality products for all women in all stages of menopause. We are passionate about uplifting, helping, and empowering women through menopause and to remind them; they are not alone. Sherell Flagg, the founder of Pretty Moody, is actively working to address disparities and advocate for black women and women of color through her menopause lifestyle brand. After being abruptly thrown into surgical menopause during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, she was motivated by the lack of accessible information and support for women undergoing menopause. Her experience highlighted a significant gap in menopause education, support, and resources, particularly for Black women, who historically have not been encouraged to openly discuss their health issues. Flagg’s efforts through Pretty Moody include creating a safe and inclusive community, offering quality education, and providing exceptional products to assist women in all stages of menopause. She emphasizes the need for culturally relevant and accessible programs, aiming to empower women to navigate the transformative journey of menopause with confidence and grace. Flagg’s initiative is rooted in her personal journey and a desire to live her menopause experience out loud, thereby educating herself and others. Pretty Moody serves as a platform for women to learn, grow, and engage in a safe place.
