 Wilmington, DE — This December , the spirit of the season is hitting the streets in a BIG way. 

On December 13th, Kooli the Kool World Mascot and the Wilmington Police Department will embark on a city wide Christmas Giveaway Tour powered by Kool Kolored Kid Generation and First Tee – Delaware, with generous impact support from Nemours Children’s Health.

 In true holiday fashion, Kooli and Wilmington PD will travel across Wilmington with purpose and heart, stopping at four community centers the MSK Community Center, Latin American Community Center, The Teen Warehouse, and PALW Wilmington to surprise 100 pre-registered children and their families with gifts, music, games, and unforgettable moments of joy. Each center will welcome 25 children, creating intimate, love filled celebrations that honor community, connection, and holiday magic. 

This city wide tour isn’t just an event, it's a movement. A movement of unity. A movement of hope. A movement of showing young people what happens when a city shows up together. 

From officers greeting families with warmth, to community supporters spreading encouragement, to Kooli bringing his signature energy and smiles, each stop will transform into a celebration of what makes Wilmington strong: its people, its heart, and its commitment to uplifting youth.

 This Christmas, we are doing more than giving gifts, we are giving moments that matter. Moments that spark belief. Moments that build bridges. Moments that remind every child that they are seen, valued, and loved.
