DEXSTA Federal Credit Union Donates $3,315 to Children’s Miracle Network

Philadelphia, PA — October 2, 2025 — DEXSTA Federal Credit Union proudly presented $1,657.50 in donations, to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Proceeds directly fund CHOP's unique resources, allowing children and their families to experience the comfort and warmth of home during their visits. We were provided with a thorough tour of the rapidly expanding campus, courtesy of Donald Ballou, Coordinator, Retail Cause Marketing & Children's Miracle Network. Set to open in 2028, the Roberts Children’s Health new inpatient tower will soar twenty-six stories, making it the tallest structure of the West Philadelphia skyline, and the premier global destination for pediatric care when it opens in 2028. Baltimore, MD — October 3, 2025 — DEXSTA Federal Credit Union proudly presented the remaining $1,657.50 in donations, to Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. Similarly to CHOP, all proceeds directly impact the overall patient experience, allowing children and their families, the resources needed to provide for a comforting environment, reminiscent of home. Johns Hopkins is undertaking several future initiatives itself, including the construction of a new Children's Medical and Surgical Center, at its main Baltimore campus, with a focus on new research labs and collaboration spaces, slated for completion by summer of 2026.
