"It's an honor to be recognized on the DE222 list among such remarkable individuals and alongside my colleague, Alysse Bortolotto," says Deadwyler. "Being acknowledged for our contributions to Delaware's economic development and community impact is deeply meaningful, especially in a state where active engagement can significantly shape policy and progress."

Since becoming president in January 2024, Deadwyler has guided the NCCCC in its mission to accelerate business growth for its members. Alysse Bortolotto has led the Chamber's Economic Development initiatives and the Emerging Enterprise Center, a small business incubator, to advance entrepreneurship, small business growth, workforce development, and the creative economy.
