Registration Is Open for the DANA 2026 IMPACT Delaware Conference

WILMINGTON – Delaware nonprofit, business, philanthropy and government leaders will gather on May 1 at the 2026 IMPACT Delaware Conference. This annual event is hosted by DANA, the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement, and is the state’s premier learning and networking event for the nonprofit sector.

Registration opened Monday and is a must-attend event for nonprofit leaders and their teams, designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and shared growth.

This year’s IMPACT Delaware Conference, “IMPACT Rising: Beyond Measure,” will take place at the University of Delaware’s Clayton Hall and will feature speakers and seminars designed to help nonprofit leaders, employees, board members and other business and community leaders to connect and learn more about the current climate and provide them with tools to grow and be successful.

“Delaware nonprofits touch the lives of hundreds of thousands of residents every day, and they provide critical and community-building services with limited resources while facing new and emerging challenges,” said DANA President & CEO Sheila Bravo

“The IMPACT Delaware Conference offers nonprofit leaders and their staff the opportunity to network and share their challenges and their successes. They will be able to hear from and speak to experts who will offer insight into fundraising, artificial intelligence, marketing, public policy, and other useful strategies for nonprofit groups. DANA is excited to bring all these resources together under one roof for our nonprofit community and hope that organizations will join us on May 1 for this vital event.”

As a leader of the nonprofit sector, DANA works to empower nonprofits to amplify their impact throughout Delaware. The conference is an important component of that mission.

DANA is proud to welcome Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds as the conference’s keynote speaker. Dr. Reynolds leads Family and Children’s Association, one of Long Island's largest health and human services nonprofits serving more than 35,000 people annually through more than 60 programs addressing youth homelessness, substance use disorders, mental health, gun violence and other challenges.

A two-time cancer survivor, Dr. Reynolds is an accomplished Ironman triathlete who completed his first triathlon at age 55. He will share his experiences and how he learned that the same principles that build resilient humans also build resilient organizations.

The conference will feature several interactive breakout sessions focused on fundraising, advocacy and artificial intelligence, a networking lunch, and a panel discussion on federal policy shifts and how they affect nonprofits.
