A seasoned leader with more than three decades of experience in the service industry, Ron's arrival signals an exciting and promising new era for EMR — one built on a shared commitment to exceptional service, strong relationships, and continued growth.

Ron's career is marked by a strong record of operational and marketing leadership. He spent over 20 years with Chipotle in senior operations and marketing roles, followed by a decade with Cintas spanning both operations and sales. This breadth of experience gives Ron a uniquely well-rounded perspective on running high-performing service organizations.

When asked what drew him to EMR, Ron pointed to the company's culture above all else. Outside of the office, Ron is a father of four teenagers, a passionate food enthusiast, and a self-described multitasking pro in the kitchen — with a particular appreciation for commercial kitchen environments.
