Topic: Start-up Assistance This workshop will provide an overview of Starting A Business in Delaware and give potential entrepreneurs an opportunity to get answers to their most pressing questions. Attendees will learn about issues to consider before starting a business including - Business Licenses needed, Insurance, Forms of Business, Funding, Business Plan outline, etc.
