Do you feel like your product is the golden ticket to transforming your customers life and you want to shout it from the roof top? You should! However, communicating your message poorly can be devastating to your bottom line, and you may have only one shot to get it right. So, what does it take to communicate the right message successfully, comfortably, and confidently? You must shift your thinking!
In this workshop* you will learn:
- The difference between you as the hero vs you as the guide.
- The seven universal story points all humans respond to.
- The questions to ask to keep the focus NOT on you!
Jessica Ruggieri serves as an Account Executive for Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS) in the Wilmington, Delaware office, where she is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of new and existing Kelly Benefits clients. She also helps support and grow KBS' Delaware small business and client base by building relationships and seeking to understand and provide solutions for the unique challenges these employers face.
Prior to joining KBS in 2021, Jessica served in various health and hospitality roles supporting her Delaware community including YMCA fitness coach and BrewHaHa store manager. She has also held positions in corporate consulting, team building and talent management.
Jessica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Communications and Psychology from James Madison University and a master's degree in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware. She currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware with her Corgi, Twinkie
