This free series is in partnership with Mid-Atlantic Behavior Health in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month to provide tools and strategies to overcome common struggles entrepreneurs and small business owners face.

About the Speaker 

Ashley obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling with a focus on Trauma at Rosemont College. Previously, Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree at Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Additionally, she holds certificates in Forensic Psychology (Rosemont) and Youth Development and Social Justice (PSU).

Prior to joining Mid Atlantic Behavioral Health, Ashley worked as an Adult Social Worker in the inpatient setting at the Rockford Center. While there she gained practical knowledge working with individuals who struggled with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, addiction and psychosis.

Ashley works with both adolescents and adults to help identify and build individualized treatment(s) that meet their specific needs by utilizing evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness and dialectical behavior strategies. Ashley takes pride in providing a trauma informed, therapeutic environment that promotes growth and overall well-being.
